This process is bases on skills. The auditor evaluates the language level needed for each job type. The jobs are then positioned on a list defined by the company management and the DHR. The process is as follows:
An individual interview by the auditor is done with the managers concerned. This allows us to evaluate the language skills needed for the various jobs in question.
An interview is organized with an employee having type of job to be evaluated. This person will be identified by the management concerned.
The evaluation questionnaires are sent by email to the managers concerned and the sample employee.
The results are analyzed and presented to the management and the DHR.
